LDS Tours Cancun

We had an amazing time on this custom private tour!! Gabriel was amazing and we could not have asked for better! He is so knowledgeable on all of the sites. He even made a pit stop on the side of the road because we wanted fresh fruit. We visited the ruins, cenotes, and had an amazing lunch at a local restaurant. He took such great care of us and made sure we had a great time. Gabriel is seriously so much fun!

Everything about our tour with Carlos — from booking to the end — was perfect. He was kind and gracious, knowledgeable and informative, thoughtful and personal. Our whole group, including two teens, two adults, and two seniors, learned so much about Mesoamerican culture and the parallelisms with the Book of Mormon. While none of us are members of the LDS church, we enjoyed the educational experience and thoroughly enjoyed getting to know Carlos in the process.

We have been with Carlos several times over the last 9 trips to Cancun and none of them have disappointed. Carlos has helped us with everything from LDS tours to the ruins (Ek Balam, Coba, Chitzen Itza, Tulum, etc), to more adventurous excursions where we can zip line, jeep ride, cliff jump into cenotes, etc and everything in between. There have been a few times where Carlos has been booked so we have tried a few of the other LDS tour companies. No comparison at all.

Carlos was recommended to us by some friends. We booked a tour to Chichen Itza and Ek Balam with him and took 2 other couples with us. We loved it so much, that we booked another day - Tulum and Snorkeling. Carlos has so much insight into the history and culture of the people, and how it relates to B of M people, prophesies, and beliefs. While other tours give you the dimensions and sizes of the buildings, Carlos paints a picture of the lives of the ancient people, adds clarity and LDS insights to old legends and cultural practices. I

We got to go to Underground pools for swimming, hike real Mayan ruins, and ride bikes through the trees. It is our 20th anniversary tomorrow and we had a blast! We are thinking of bringing our whole family and extended family back next year to experience this tour! Many thanks to Carlos, who went far out of his way to accommodate our requests. It is like having a super knowledgable friend or family member in Cancun, to take you to all the best places, while avoiding the crowds. Loved it!
