Mesoamerican god known as Kukulcan, Itzamna, or Quetzalcoatl. The ruins of Tulum offer rich architectural testimony to the vivid details found in the Book of Mormon.
After our visit to Tulum, there will be time to swim and do a little snorkeling in one of the most beautiful cenotes (natural sinkholes) in the Yucatan Peninsula, the “Dos Ojos Cenote”. We will also have time explore its famed bat cave – this is a must-do!!!
After a swim in the cenote, we will visit a private park where we will have an exciting experience riding the zip lines, followed by a peaceful kayak ride through the clear, clean waters of an enormous cenote. Or you may want to simply relax in one of our enormous Mayan hammocks. Quite simply, this is a tour where culture and nature peacefully coexist, where one can enjoy sighting many birds and viewing lush tropical vegetation.
For lunch, you won’t want to miss out on an authentic Mayan lunch prepared by actual Mayan descendants living in the area. This lunch is unique and different from traditional Mexican fare and that of the hotels. It is healthy, clean, and very safe to eat. You simply have to try it!
If this tour doesn't wear you out, as an added bonus from our company we invite you to swim with gigantic marine turtles and enormous stingrays at beautiful Akumal Beach. If you are on vacation in Cancun, the Riviera Maya, Playa del Carmen or Tulum, don’t miss this fun tour geared especially for adults and families with teenagers.
